We live in Northern Cincinnati suburbs where you have these massive theater complexes, state of the art sound and projection and comfortable recliner chairs. BUT, you pay for all of that with your ticket price. The trade off here at Star is not so nice seating, older theater but the same movie and much cheaper ticket price. If you want the cheap ticket with a state of the art theater experience, it doesn't exist. We enjoyed the movie at a relative price to the theater. It was a fair trade.
Prices are reasonable, place is clean. Room temperature is usually cool, so make sure you wear warm clothes or layers.
A good place took catch a cheap movie if they have that movie or not is the question.
Good for a small-town theater. Polite staff. Good snack selection. Entertaining arcade games. Seats are not super comfy however.
Nice entry and concessions. If you are claustrophobic skip the restrooms, they are also in need of a good remodel. The prices are reasonable. Be aware that bargain night doesn't apply to all movies only the ones they pick. One of the theaters smells musty. Most of the theaters are in good shape.
