My daughter was seen in the ER Monday evening with what started as a 5 day fever. A very determined Mike Sweeny did everything possible to make sure we had answers. After his thorough explanation, we were transported to Dayton Children's. Mike called today to check on my daughter since the transfer. Very professional and empathetic with our situation. Our nurse Tabitha made sure our girl was comfortable and helped calm her down during shots/IV insertion. We couldn't have asked for better care. Would recommend this hospital to friends and family.
Had some serious stuff going on. Really needed to be seen so I went to their emergency room sat in the waiting room for two hours no one else waiting and I wasn't seen so I just left. They do not take emergencies seriously. Defiantly do not recommend going here. You could have your arm cut off and they would tell you to sit down and wait
I have used our local hospital over the years and am shocked to see the low google rating. My experience has always been positive. The emergency room personnel were efficient and shipped us out to Miami Valley quickly. Doctor Melink and staff are courteous and caring. Lab work is easy and quick. All staff were kind even when telling me bad news. Babies were born there with loving care.
Wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to... the nurses and doctors are horrible, super slow and so disrespectful. I have never been more disrespected in my life. They don't care about the patients at all, and no matter what you say you're always wrong. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place needs shut down. They don't know anything and I feel as if they Google the symptoms and tell you you have the first thing that pops up. People deserve better than this and it's sad that this is what we have to deal with.
I can't even tell you about their doctors because after waiting for 2 hours in the waiting room and 3 hours in the room and still never seeing a doctor or the radiologist for x-rays, I left. Now have to wait until tomorrow to see someone. But I won't be going back there.
