Also, don't bother trying to get hired there if you have a disability, because even though their website says that they hire people with disabilities, they don't in Hillsboro.
I want to say I am so impressed with the delivery service! I ordered a refrigerator one day it was delivered the next. The two guys were so polite and helpful. They deserve a raise!! I will sure but again!
Our mirror fell off its mounting brackets when we weren't home. It busted our vanity top and broke our toilet. We took pictures in to show the damage and the replaced all three items. We were very pleased and grateful. It would've been very expensive to replace all in our own but Lowe's stood behind their products. Happy customers here!
And if you don't like waiting in line for the only register open with 12 people standing around doing nothing, this is also not the place for you.
The employees are completely uneducated on the products they sell. Any questions you have about a product or a project, you would do better to just Google, because then you might actually get an answer. The same goes with any purchases you make, Google it before buying because the store associates really don't know what they're doing. They have sold us the wrong products on two of our last three visits. And the one time they actually sold us the right product, a washing machine hose, it was a complete piece of junk.. and the customer service associate only gave us the washing machine hose after I pointed out that what he was originally trying to sell us was for a dishwasher, and not a washing machine, even though we had been very clear and concise about exactly what we needed. Of course, that probably didn't matter, because he seemed to be under the impression that a water intake hose for a dishwasher was the same thing as a drain hose for a washing machine. So if I hadn't expected screw-ups and refused to take the associate's word instead of inspecting the item myself, we probably would have come home with yet another Lowe's mistake.

Overall good experience. Lacking in staff although once finally found, they helped us find the products we were looking for. Online location for some items are incorrect as some sections no longer exist but they said they will be updating the locations in the system. Cashier also quite friendly.
