I called and reserved a car for July 4th weekend and was told I could pick it up around 3pm, then got a call saying they were out of cars and would let me know if they got one for me. No one ever called back to let me know either way. Also, when you do rent a car they always have surprise charges that they don't mention when you get a quote.
Almost impossible to get through to the Hillsboro ,Ohio office!! I just want to check on my deposit. Please answer the phone.

I rented a nice car last week to go to Chicago. As always the service was top notch, professional, and friendly. I especially want to recognize Kristen who happily picked me up from my home and dropped me off when the trip was over. She goes out of her way to make the customer have a good experience. I highly recommend this business.
